● Approximately 7–20 business days if items require manufacturing.

Shipping Insurance

● Shipping insurance is 1.0% of the order value.
● If not selected, packages are shipped without insurance.
● Strongly recommended for high-value shipments.

Shipping & Handling

● We ship worldwide.
● Wholesale orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT.
● Shipping costs are based on actual weight.
● DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT: 5–10 days, approx. $28 USD for the first 1kg + $12 for each additional 1kg.
● Economic Express (7–15 days, $18 USD first 1kg + $10 next 1kg): Only available in select countries — US, UK, AU, CA, DE, FR, IT, NL, SE, PL, BE, CH, DK, HU, JP, SG, KR. Please confirm with our customer service.
● Final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.

Order Process

1. Place your order at moissanjewelry.com
2. Order is prepared within 2 days (in-stock) or 7–10 days (made-to-order).
3. We prepare Customs documents (Declaration + Invoice), ship the package, and send tracking info.
4. The package is reviewed by your local Customs and released after applicable taxes are cleared.
5. Your package is delivered. Please ensure your phone is available.

Tax

Please note:
1. All taxes (including but not limited to Customs Tax, VAT) are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Some couriers (e.g. DHL, UPS) may charge tax handling fees, especially in countries like Canada. We do not cover those fees.
3. If you are a reseller, please fill in your Tax ID / EORI / VAT ID to avoid local sales tax.
4. You can choose the Declaration Value at checkout. Taxes are usually calculated based on that value.

Payment

● Full payment (including shipping) is required before order processing begins.
● Accepted methods: T/T, Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, Alipay. L/C available for orders over $100,000.

Return & Refund

● For in-stock moissanite jewelry: returnable within 30 days if in original condition. Return shipping at buyer’s cost unless quality issue.
